· All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
· Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Occupancy
· Standard room rates apply to a specific number of guests for each room type. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
· Children of all ages are welcome. Policies regarding age limits for children staying for free in parent's room and the availability of extra beds will be specified at the time of booking.

Governing Law
· These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
